Sinai Stop Light Challenge 2016!

Thank you all for enrolling in the Stop Light challenge! Get motivated, as you are on a journey to be healthier and enjoy the fun of a friendly work competition!

Rules:
• Challenge length will be for 4 weeks starting Wednesday, November 16th through Tuesday, December 13th.
• Participants record total number of green and yellow drinks daily. No limits!
• Use our Stop Light handout & Look for the Red, Yellow, and Green tags in the drink coolers to help you choose your drinks.
• Each participant is responsible for keeping track of total green and yellow drinks and reporting to team captain in timely fashion.

• 1 serving is 10 ounces. Please enter your totals in whole numbers, rounding up or down if necessary.

  • For example:
  • A 20oz bottle of diet pop counts as 2 servings
  • A small coffee (12oz) without sugar counts as 1 serving
  • A medium (20oz) unsweetened iced tea counts as 2 servings
  • A large (32oz) soda water counts as 3 servings
  • A 500mL bottle of water counts as 2 servings
  • A 1 L bottle of water counts as 4 servings


• Servings are based on honor system. HONESTY IS ENCOURAGED!



RECORDING:
•Each team captain is responsible for recording the total of team’s points weekly in online blog http://shsrethinkourdrink.blogspot.com/ on Monday November 28, December 5, December 12 and December 19. We will be giving results on Wednesday December 21st, so don't be late!

•Check for results posted on the blog to determine your team’s ranking!
